What are the delivery options available for Ultron?

Ultron processes all its deliveries through reputed couriers. Once your order is shipped you will be provided with an airway bill number and the name of the courier partner that you can use to track your delivery on Ultron's website.

How long does it typically take for orders to be processed and shipped?

We try to do our best to get every item in your purchase shipped out to you within 4-5 business days of the order. However, occasionally we may need more time—up to 7–10 business days to deliver the item.You will receive an email with every order that includes information about the order you placed. You will get another email with the shipment information once we have shipped the items.

Can customers track their shipments to know the delivery status?

Yes,once your product is shipped you will receive notification through email or text and can track your delivery on our official Ultron website.

What is your return and exchange policy for damaged or defective items during shipping?

If your package is damaged when you receive it, you should decline to accept it. When a package leaves one of our partner centers, it is assured to be in great condition. Is there a customer support team available to assist with shipping-related inquiries?

Yes, Ultron employs a group of professionals who are available anytime to assist you and resolve your shipping-related queries.

How will the customers be aware of offers if any?

Every detail regarding the offers of our products will be displayed at our website and customers who had previously purchased our products would receive mail or massage regarding offer information.

What about warranty and sales tax?

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. All taxes are included with the listed product prices.

What happens if I am not available to receive my parcel ?

If you are not available when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, our courier partner makes attempts to reach you via a phone call or SMS. Please ensure that you take calls from our courier partner to facilitate delivery of your package. A second attempt will automatically be made within 24 hours. After the second attempt, our courier will hold on to the parcel for 3 days awaiting further instructions from the recipient before returning the parcel to Ultron associates.

Do I have to pay any delivery charges ?

Ultron provides free delivery on most of the items; however in certain cases shipping charges may be applicable and will be shown on the product page.

Where does Ultron deliver in India ?

Ultron delivers to most locations within India. However, for logistical reasons, we are unable to deliver to a few locations right now.

Do Ultron offer international shipping?

Ultron doesn’t deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the delivery address is within India.
